“The goal is serenity. Balance. Finding true peace in your own skin.” – Rachel Brathen
I practise and teach gentle, yet powerful yoga. My training is in Hatha (500 hours) and I’ve done courses in stress management, yoga for cancer patients, pelvic floor health and Yin yoga.
My first contact with yoga was over 30 years ago in India. But it wasn’t until I was much older that I began practicing daily. This daily practice helps me to stay healthy, calm, and relaxed despite my cancer. You can find out more on my blog, “Bladdergraffiti,” at https://bladdergraffiti.com or use the menu link on this site.
I trained as a yoga teacher to learn more, but during my training I discovered how much I love sharing yoga with others. I firmly believe that you are never too old to learn something new. My oldest participant is 86 years old and still going strong!
Current courses are currently on pause (except Fridays) as I go through new treatment. But they’ll be back as soon as I am fit enough as below:
| Class | Experience | Day / Time |
| Yoga for bladder cancer | No experience necessary, all welcome | Tuesdays 11.00 CET / 10.00 GMT in English |
| Yin and Yang Yoga | Some basic experience necessary. | Fridays at 17.00 CET/16.00 GMT in English |
| Sunday Yin Yoga | No experience necessary, all welcome | Usually every other Sunday at 16.00 CET / 15.00 GMT in English (check booking pages). |

If you have questions send me and email bladdergraffiti@t-online.de Thank you!
Feel free to let others know who may want to join.
Each yoga session is a Hatha yoga one and begins with an opening meditation and breathing exercises (pranayama), followed by yoga poses (asanas) and a relaxation phase (shavasana) at the end.
If you’re new to a class you’re welcome to arrive 10 mins before class so we can get to know each other and you have a chance to ask any questions.
I’m looking forward to seeing you on the mat!
